Once approved, I will help you find a find a Home Partners qualified home. These are single family and townhouse homes for sale priced from $100k to $450k. It does include most houses for sale but there are some limitations. 3. Home Partners buys the home you select… and you agree to lease for a minimum of 1 year. You can move out of the home after the one year lease term without penalty. You can lease the home up to 5 years. Most importantly, you can purchase the home at any time during the tenancy! Each year, the home purchase price increases 5.0%. Now…you have options and have a selection of most of the homes that are available on the real estate market for sale!
